Scott Stoneburner began purchasing and renovating homes for student housing in 1989. As the number of units grew, he incorporated in 1998 as Stoneburner Properties, LLC. Managed and maintained by the owner and staff. Affordable student housing close to WMU and K-College. Variety of apartments to suit student needs from efficiencies to 6 bedrooms.
